Spirit points received:

Given by Rules Fouls Fair. Attit. Comm. TotalComments
Republic of Korea Mixed2223312Lots of high fives, compliments, encouraging comments, great spirit captains communication
Germany Mixed2222311
Panama Mixed2222210Fair-mindedness: there was one call where we thought the rules were used in their favor (so not fair-minded). But since it’s one call, we still kept the score at 2. Communication: some call there were reactions, but apologized after. Also, another call where they didn’t even want to communicate about the call.
Great Britain Mixed221128As discussed in the spirit circle we were unhappy with comments on the sideline including from coaching staff (eg ’f*ck off’ in response to our team making a call). In future we will ask our team to feed this back to spirit captains more during the game so you have a chance to change things, as we realise this was only partially communicated during our half time check in. Thank you for a hard fought game.
Austria Mixed222129
United States of America Mixed2222210
Japan Mixed222129Some players were not willing to listen to others' opinions in post-call communication. Several players were on the sideline saying the F word and giving the middle finger.
Singapore Mixed1101141: felt like they were inconsistent when it was in your favour vs when not (e.g.; establishing legal positions in marking, pivoting through mark). Offsetting fouls & contact calls were also not clearly understood. 2: Often, we felt some players intentionally fouled to stop flow of the game. Body contact did not decrease after feedback 3: you insisted for us to listen to game advisors; but you yourself did not. Players on/off field influenced players to change calls made to be in favour of you.
France Mixed220228We felt there were really too many unjustified calls and several resolutions were unfair, also not following game advisors' interventions. Thanks for the intense high level game regardless!
United States of America Mixed3333315Appreciated the commitment from both teams to improve on areas we were both frustrated by in the power pool game. Overall it was incredibly positive and clean with very good communication throughout the game.

Spirit points given to the other teams:

Republic of Korea Mixed2232211
Germany Mixed2222210
Panama Mixed2223312
Great Britain Mixed212229For the 1 in body contact, took a few conversations to navigate but we appreciate appreciate the change for the second half in contact. Comments made after the games were not all previously discussed with spirit captains prior spirit circle, learning moment for next time.
Austria Mixed2233212
United States of America Mixed2231210thank you for holding space for on field perspectives. gg
Japan Mixed212229observed moments on the field where calls were made to slow the game down. Teammates over heard the opposing team telling their players in Japanese to make advantageous calls/over turn calls. Be aware of arms on the mark and upfield defense (players felt contact towards the head).
Singapore Mixed101226A score of 0 for fouls and body contact because of reoccurring dangerous plays taking out our players even after warnings and spirit timeout. Other examples of contact includes lack of body control on the mark and reset defense. Double team was also continuously discussed and not adjusted.
France Mixed2222311even as pressure rose clear communication was sustained and appreciated
United States of America Mixed3333315
