Chinese Taipei Open | 2 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 9 | We recognize the intensity from China Taipei, but we encourage them to be more aware of the level of physicality with their checks when they don’t have the frisbee, and be careful with dangerous plays (1). Thank you for a spirited and fun game! |
Italy Open | 2 | 1 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 9 | We thank Italy for a good game with very good conversations. We encourage them, as said in the Spirit Circle (and reinforced by Ruben Berg, one of the Game Advisors for the game) to be careful on the level of physicality while marking. Also, we want to address a comment made by the player who was awarded the MVP at the end of the game. He made a very out of context and inappropriate comment on our Spirit present, concerning our history, heritage, and culture. |
Canada Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 1 | 2 | 9 | There were 2 bad reactions from 2 different players. We encourage them to be careful with this kind of behaviors. Also, the level of physicality was high from both parts, but their level was somehow over our proposition. We recommend that they be more careful on jumping into the lane of the players without the frisbee, and not making bids when they’ve already do not have a play on the disc. Thanks for a very well played and hard fought game |
Australia Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Great game Australia! Thanks for adjusting the level of physicality. Good luck in the rest of the tournament |
United States of America Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Thanks for a very spirited game! Good luck in the rest of the tournament |
Japan Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Great game with a great spirit! Thank you for great conversations and awesome communication. Good luck in the rest of the tournament |
Austria Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Thanks for a great game Austria. We felt that you heard when we asked you to reduce the physicality, and you had a very good communication throughout the game. We encourage you to keep it up, and be careful with the dangerous plays (1). We also want to address the situation when your player wasn’t sure if he caught the goal (4-7). Maybe when in doubt, the player who’s not sure might ask to go to the video because no other player had a perspective. Best of lucks and thanks again! |
Great Britain Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Thanks GB for a very competitive game! We felt respected, listened, and congrats on the win. Best of lucks in the rest of the tournament!! |
Canada Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Canada, congrats on the win. Thanks for a very well communicated game and for being aware of the level of physicality proposed by us. Go win 5th! |
Belgium Open | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 2 | 10 | Thanks for a very good and spirited game. Even though it was a placement one, you played with intensity and spirit. Safe travels home |
