People's Republic of China Mixed211127As we communicated during the spirit circle and final circle, we both agree that we have different standards about the rules use and body contact. There were multiple body contacts made by your team that could have been avoided (Eg. pushing and pulling while defending us). After the spirit timeout, we felt that things did not improved as we expected. Components like temper and attitude control need to be improved. About calls, we felt that we have the right to share our perspective, as we did, b

Australia Mixed211239Your communication with our players, particularly between points, was friendly and showed appreciation of good plays from both teams. We think there were some dangerous plays, and sometimes we didn’t feel listened to in calls. Sometimes your coaching staff was risking the spirit of the game, thank you to the players who kept it between the players. However, we never felt like the spirit of the game disintegrated, for such a tight and passionate game. Thank you.
India Mixed212117Scrappy game with very aggressive tone while communicating and lots of fouls and body contact
Chinese Taipei Mixed2232211This was a fun and very fair game even with the wind. All calls were made with a calm tone and discussions were efficient on the field. Thank you for a good game!
Singapore Mixed201126Several bad bids that almost injured a couple of our players. A few players who cannot control themselves, and really communicated poorly (eg; rejecting handshakes, snatching disc from players, intentionally pushing off). Often, when calls were made, players’ first instincts were to say “no” or to reject the call. But we recognise not all players are like that, and appreciate the spirited players who try to contribute positively
France Mixed2223312
United States of America Mixed2222311
Japan Mixed121228Overall, there were many fast counts, and for some players, they did not improve during the game. When a call was made, there were several occasions when it seemed that the players were not willing to listen to our perspectives. There was no action taken by the team to recommend the withdrawal of a call in a situation that causes disadvantage to their team's own position.

Spirit points given to the other teams:

Given for Rules Fouls Fair. Attit. Comm. TotalComments
People's Republic of China Mixed110327The 0 in Fair mindedness is due to: they only took the stance that they were right. In more occasions it seems calls were guided from outside: players look to sideline instead of having discussion, some decisions to accept or contest calls arrive from side. When the side (player/coach) have views on a play (in/out calls) after signed with hand signals didn't help teammates on field.
